The study suggests looking at private sites too, since most Travellers live there, to better understand the problem and improve future planning.

‘Voices Unheard’: A Study of Irish Travellers in Prison. June 2011, Irish Chaplaincy in Britain.

The report highlights issues like family separation, cultural restrictions and illiteracy, and recommends improvements for the criminal justice system.
